The provision of a technically skilled labor force is a fundamental requirement for any developing nation. For a decade now, AMANTECH has been a symbol of providing exemplary vocational training and endowing the growing youth of Pakistan with a skill set that is in alignment with both national and international industry standards.

Committed towards its goals of transforming lives through employable skills. To date, we have graduated more than 15k+ students (male and female) in 14 different skill-sets. Student placement is a hallmark of our success, over the past decade, AMANTECH has maintained a placement rate of 72%. 220+ students have been successfully placed internationally.

Over the past 10 years, the primary driver of this success has been our faithful donors. Being a section -42 company, all endeavors of AMANTECH are facilitated through donors, CSR, grants, corporate training, and philanthropist. Starting with the funding issues as lack of projects for vocational education in Pakistan, while adding up the rise in the global pandemic later and the subsequent nation-wide lockdown, AMANTECH has faced considerable financial constraints in the years 2018 till June 2020, as all the projects were put at a halt until due notice. Nevertheless, through our perseverance, teamwork, resilience, and our commitment to empowering the underserved youth. We have regained our strength while the world was stopping due to corona, AMANTECH’s classes didn’t stop. It was a tough call to keep the institute running virtually, but thanks to the dedicated team at AMANTECH, support from our esteemed philanthropists and donor agencies, we were able to start the sessions on 15th September. Currently, we have 1500+ active students enrolled in 02 campuses, out of which 400+ are female and 3000+ corporate employees are being trained monthly and now AMANTECH is scaling to Punjab.

This journey should not stop here. This year keeping true to its commitment and goals AMANTECH with your assistance pledge to train and provide job facilitation to 1000 more students for the fiscal year 2022. Let us join hands and empower our youth to create a more skilled Pakistan.
